At Oat & Cherry, we prioritize getting your handmade products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, ensuring your package arrives in 2-3 business days once it’s in transit (barring any USPS delays).
• Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it, please double-check your spam or junk folder. Typos in the email address entered at checkout can also prevent delivery of the confirmation email.
• Processing Time: Because all products are lovingly handmade by our owner and creator, Subrenia, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing time does not include weekends (Saturday-Sunday).
• Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
